第2天 旧金山市区游览Day 2 City tour of San Francisco

安排搭乘恶魔岛游船，登上素有《恶魔岛》之称的【阿卡特兹岛】参观，这是以前美国联邦政府囚禁重大恶犯的地方，且因电影《绝地任务》为其背景故事而使其声名大噪。

Fisherman's Wharf (2 hours)-In the mornings we will go to [Fisherman's Wharf], which is full of Italian flavor. It is a place full of happiness in San Francisco.

* The Palace Of Fine Arts (20 minutes) —Visit the [The Palace Of Fine Arts]. Rose-red Corinthian pillars complement the Romanesque dome, and a fine stone sculpture is embossed on the top surface. This is almost the favorite San Francisco for every Literati. Visit the San Francisco City Hall (exterior), which is known as the "Little Congress of the United States". It was built in 1915 after the San Francisco earthquake in 1906, based on the Washington Hall. 1.在您完成支付后，我司将在出团前1-3个工作日内向您的预留邮箱发送出团凭证。如遇高峰期产品售完，我司会第一时间与您联络改期/换线。

After you complete the payment, our company will send the confirmation to your email address within 1-3 working days before depart. If the product is sold out during the peak period, our company will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule / change the line.

2.精品小团谢绝自行携带Citypass、国家公园年票和景点门票，如果客人自行携带景点门票，我司将拒绝提供当日的用车交通服务，请客人自行安排当日的交通。

The boutique group refuses to bring their own city pass, national park annual pass and attraction tickets. If guests bring their own attraction tickets, our company will refuse to provide the transportation service on the day. Please arrange your own transportation on that day.

3.美国所有酒店入住时间均为3:00PM以后，如早到旅客，请自行安排。（酒店抵押需客人自行使用国际信用卡。我司不负责追讨信用卡压金。）

4.凡精品小团线路中所涉及酒店，我司均不保证房型。如客人选择3人1房，我司将尽量争取安排双床房，但恕无法保证一定能安排，若需要加床，请自行向酒店前台咨询，以美国酒店条款为准，费用自理。

We do not guarantee room types for the hotels involved in the boutique small group routes. If the guest need to 3 people in 1 room, we will try to arrange a double-bedroom, but we cannot guarantee the arrangement. If you need an extra bed, please consult the hotel front desk by yourself.

5.行程顺序会在保证原有景点数量不变的前提下有所调整，最终行程线路以交通路况导游有权更改。

The itinerary order will be adjusted on the premise that the number of potential attractions remains the same. The final itinerary is subject to change based on the traffic conditions of the tour guide.

6.美国酒店不允许抽烟，违者罚款200-250美金并承担法律责任。US hotels not allow smoking, and offenders are fined $ 200-250 and bear legal responsibility.

7.遇气候、路况或其他不可抗力因素，为保障旅客的安全与权益，本公司保留调整行程和酒店的权利。

8.所有行程中的接机服务，我司导游会举着“佳晨一路”字样的接机牌为客人接机。

9.行李限制：由于车型和人数的限制，每人允许携带1个大于26寸及1个小于26寸的行李箱。如超出此规定造成无法承载，责任由客人自理。

If you are traveling with a child (under 8 years old), please inform customer service in advance when booking, and provide information such as the age of the child to ensure that a child seat ($ 10 / person) is prepared in advance. 1.在旺季期间，由于酒店房间供应紧张，我们可能会为您更换同等级的酒店，谢谢您的理解及支持！

During the high season, due to the tight supply of hotel rooms, we may change the hotel of the same level for you, thank you for your understanding and support!

2.支付给导游和司机的小费，与及团费不包括中的自费项目费用将会以现金方式收取，参团前请您把这部分费用计划在旅行开支内。

Tips paid to tour guides and drivers, as well as your own expense items, which not included in the tour fee; those part it will be collected in cash. Please plan this part of your travel expenses before joining the tour.

3.固定地点上车的行程如未按约定时间到达上车地点，很有可能会错失上车机会而无法参团，对此情况我司不承担责任，不退还参团费用。

If the itinerary at the fixed place does not arrive at the meet place according to the meet time, it is likely that the boarding opportunity will be missed and the group will not be able to join the tour. In this case, our company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee.

6.请您收到出团凭证后，仔细阅读凭证上的内容，并提前打印出来，在入团时出示给导游。

7.如您需要预订出行相关交通（如抵达/离开飞机、轮船、巴士等），或其他个人出行计划，请务必在收到我们的出团确认邮件后再进行安排。行程未确认（如售罄）情况下，您自行安排所造成的不便与损失，我司将不承担责任，敬请谅解

If you need to book travel related transportation (such as arrival / departure plane, ship, bus, etc.), or other personal travel plans, please make sure to arrange after receiving our itinerary confirmation email. 8.   如遇突发情况，不能顺利参团（如交通工具晚点、出关遇阻、交通堵塞等），请在第一时间致电出团凭证上的紧急联络电话，以便调整入团安排，我司也将尽力协调相关事宜，但极有可能需您自行承担前往集合点或酒店的费用。因个人原因未能及时通知联系我社，导致经济损失的，我司不承担任何经济责任。未接到通知的延迟抵达都将视为自动放弃全部行程，无法退款，敬请谅解。

Our company will not bear any financial responsibility for contacting our agency in a timely manner due to personal reasons, resulting in economic losses. The gradual arrival will be reconsidered to automatically abandon the entire itinerary and cannot be re-performed, thank you for your understanding!

9.我司所有车辆都已承保，但是鉴于旅途全程可能存在各种突发情况导致您无法按既定计划参加行程的可能性，强烈建议您单独购买旅游商业保险，以保障您的权益。

All of our vehicles are covered, but in view of the possibility that there may be unexpected situations throughout the journey that may prevent you from participating in the trip according to the established plan, it is strongly recommended that you purchase travel commercial insurance separately to protect your rights and interests.

10.旅程设计以有自主行动能力的成人考虑为主，不建议2岁以下婴儿、80岁以上老人、以及孕妇参团，、如坚持参团需您自行承担风险与责任。

11.您出团当日的具体安排。如不提前确认，由于行程顺序的改变而延误您的离开航班，佳晨一路不负任何责任。敬请您的体谅。

13.行程中有可能会出现使用不同型号的游览车或者换游览车的状况(完全不影响贵宾的游览)。

在行程前解除合同的，费用扣除标准为：

If the contract is cancelled before the trip, the cost deduction standard is:

行程前119日至60日，收取旅游费用总额50％的违约金。

From 119 days to 60 days before the tour, a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the tour will be charged.

行程前59日至16日，收取旅游费用总额90％的违约金。

From 59 to 16 days before the trip, a penalty of 90% of the total cost of the tour will be charged.

行程前15日至1日，收取旅游费用总额100％的违约金。

From 15 to 1 day before the trip, a penalty of 100% of the total travel cost will be charged.

行程开始当日，收取旅游费用总额100％的违约金。
