2.精品小团谢绝自行携带Citypass、国家公园年票和景点门票，如果客人自行携带景点门票，我司将拒绝提供当日的用车交通服务，请客人自行安排当日的交通。

3.美国所有酒店入住时间均为3:00PM以后，如早到旅客，请自行安排。（酒店抵押需客人自行使用国际信用卡。我司不负责追讨信用卡压金。）

5.行程顺序会在保证原有景点数量不变的前提下有所调整，最终行程线路以交通路况导游有权更改。

8.所有行程中的接机服务，我司导游会举着“佳晨一路”字样的接机牌为客人接机。

9.行李限制：由于车型和人数的限制，每人允许携带1个大于26寸及1个小于26寸的行李箱。如超出此规定造成无法承载，责任由客人自理。

订购条款 Terms of order

1.在旺季期间，由于酒店房间供应紧张，我们可能会为您更换同等级的酒店，谢谢您的理解及支持！

During the high season, due to the tight supply of hotel rooms, we may change the hotel of the same level for you, thank you for your understanding and support!

2.支付给导游和司机的小费，与及团费不包括中的自费项目费用将会以现金方式收取，参团前请您把这部分费用计划在旅行开支内。

Tips paid to tour guides and drivers, as well as your own expense items, which not included in the tour fee; those part it will be collected in cash. Please plan this part of your travel expenses before joining the tour.

3.固定地点上车的行程如未按约定时间到达上车地点，很有可能会错失上车机会而无法参团，对此情况我司不承担责任，不退还参团费用。

If the itinerary at the fixed place does not arrive at the meet place according to the meet time, it is likely that the boarding opportunity will be missed and the group will not be able to join the tour. In this case, our company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee.

4.请您在支付后，确保订单预留的联络方式畅通，以便我司可以第一时间为您更新订单的进展。如您参团前，联络方式有变，请第一时间通知我司更新，以便入团当日导游可以与您取得联络。如因个人原因，无法与您预留的方式取得联络而导致经济损失，我司将不承担任何相关责任，敬请谅解。

5.所有产品价格，会在旅行旺季、节假日期间因酒店原因而产生价格浮动，此种情况下，我司会第一时间告知您浮动的差额，您接受并补款后会继续预订流程。如您认为差额过多，也可以选择全额退款。

7.如您需要预订出行相关交通（如抵达/离开飞机、轮船、巴士等），或其他个人出行计划，请务必在收到我们的出团确认邮件后再进行安排。行程未确认（如售罄）情况下，您自行安排所造成的不便与损失，我司将不承担责任，敬请谅解

8.   如遇突发情况，不能顺利参团（如交通工具晚点、出关遇阻、交通堵塞等），请在第一时间致电出团凭证上的紧急联络电话，以便调整入团安排，我司也将尽力协调相关事宜，但极有可能需您自行承担前往集合点或酒店的费用。因个人原因未能及时通知联系我社，导致经济损失的，我司不承担任何经济责任。未接到通知的延迟抵达都将视为自动放弃全部行程，无法退款，敬请谅解。

9.我司所有车辆都已承保，但是鉴于旅途全程可能存在各种突发情况导致您无法按既定计划参加行程的可能性，强烈建议您单独购买旅游商业保险，以保障您的权益。

10.旅程设计以有自主行动能力的成人考虑为主，不建议2岁以下婴儿、80岁以上老人、以及孕妇参团，、如坚持参团需您自行承担风险与责任。

在行程前解除合同的，费用扣除标准为：

行程前119日至60日，收取旅游费用总额50％的违约金。

From 119 days to 60 days before the tour, a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the tour will be charged.

行程前59日至16日，收取旅游费用总额90％的违约金。

From 59 to 16 days before the trip, a penalty of 90% of the total cost of the tour will be charged.

行程前15日至1日，收取旅游费用总额100％的违约金。
